Information you send us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide: name, organisation, email, phone, venue type, approximate seat count and whatever you write in the message field. We also receive any drawings or files you choose to send.
To answer and to quote
We use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare a layout or quote, and keep a record of the project. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Aggregate site usage
We may measure aggregate traffic to understand which pages are useful. Any such measurement is configured without advertising cookies and is not used to identify individuals.
As long as the project needs
Enquiry records are kept for the life of the project and our normal business records thereafter. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Form and hosting providers
Form submissions and site hosting are handled by service providers acting on our instructions. Fonts are served from this site rather than a third-party CDN, so browsing these pages does not report your visit to a font provider.
Access, correction, deletion
Email info@ovationseats.com to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted.
