Services

We sell it.
We install it.
We maintain it.

Ovation Seating supplies, installs and maintains. That combination is deliberate — the most common reason a seating project goes wrong is a handoff between the company that sold it, the company that set it and whoever gets called when something fails in year seven.

What we handle,

Before

Venue review

A site visit and a measured look at what you actually have: structure, riser geometry, sightlines, egress and access. We would rather find the problem now than in the week before an opening.

Pricing

One installed number

Seat count, mounting condition, configuration and colour program, priced as a complete installed figure rather than a product price with the hard parts left out.

During

Installation by Ovation

We install what we sell, coordinated with your general contractor and your calendar. Most of this work happens between seasons, and the schedule is usually the binding constraint.

After

Parts & inspection support

Parts availability written into the quote, and support for the annual inspection and documentation that ICC 300 requires of the venue owner.

Compliance

  • ADA 2010 Standards §221 — Wheelchair spaces, companion seating, dispersion and lines of sight over standing spectators.
  • NFPA 102 — Grandstands, folding and telescopic seating, tents and membrane structures.
